Reviews and comments rules
1. What reviews are for
A review helps other players decide whether to launch a game: what you liked, what was hard, which device you played on. Any player with an account who has launched the game at least once can review it. One review per game; you can edit or delete it.
2. Not allowed
- Insults, harassment, threats, profanity and hate speech — towards players, game authors or anyone else.
- Links, contacts, messenger handles, advertising and calls to go elsewhere. Such messages are not published automatically.
- Spam: the same text repeated, all-caps messages, walls of symbols or emoji.
- Plot spoilers without a warning at the start of the review.
- Personal data — yours or anyone else's: names, phone numbers, addresses, photos of documents.
- Illegal content and anything forbidden by the terms of use.
- Manipulation: several accounts to push a game's rating up or down.
3. How moderation works
- The first reviews of a new account and messages that look like a violation are checked by a moderator first. Until then only you can see the review, marked “Awaiting moderation”.
- If several players report a message, it is hidden until a moderator decides.
- For violations a moderator may hide a message, mute the author for 1 to 365 days or ban the account.
- Every review has a “Report” button. The author does not see who reported.
4. What others see
A review is published under your nickname with your rating and the date. The data we keep to fight spam is described in the privacy policy. If you delete your account, your reviews are deleted with it.
5. Disagree with a decision?
Write to [email protected] with your nickname and the game, and a moderator will take another look.
