Ashen Depths is a dark ARPG with endless dungeons and an idle heart. You pick a class and the hero starts descending on his own, cutting down monsters and collecting loot.

Six classes, a skill tree, paragon levels, runes and aspects. Legendaries and mythics drop as you go deeper, progress continues without you, and daily trials give you a reason to check in. The score is your deepest floor: achievements land at floors 10, 30, 60 and 100.

Automation is optional. Grab the controls whenever you want and hand them back when you are done. It plays in the browser with no install, and an account keeps your depth and records.

How to play

Pick a class. Six classes are available at the start, each with its own skills and rhythm of combat.
Send him down. The hero walks the floors on his own; watch the loot, his health and the depth.
Spend the points. Put points into the skill tree, paragon, runes and aspects, or let the game spend them for you.
Take over. If a floor looks dangerous, switch to manual control and hand it back to the automaton afterwards.

FAQ

Do I need to install anything or sign up?

No. The game runs in the browser on the portal page. A Levbee account is optional, but it keeps your depth and records.

Is it free?

Yes. It is free to play: the game opens straight away, with no subscription and no paid classes.

What happens if I close the tab?

The descent does not stop: offline progress keeps running while the tab is closed, and you collect what piled up when you come back.

Does it run on a phone?

It is built for a desktop: the interface and controls rely on a mouse and keyboard.

How is this different from a regular ARPG?

You do not have to swing the sword yourself. The hero fights without you, and you step in when you feel like it, then hand control back.
