First battle
Score 100
Deep Fleet is a minimalist real-time strategy game on the ocean floor. Your submarine works as a factory: hold the button to swing the needle around the menu, then release it over the item you want. That is how you build fighters, bombers and frigates, or an upgrade that speeds up resource harvesting. Ships leave the hangar and act on their own, hunting targets, firing and protecting their home factory.
The first commander to destroy the enemy factory wins. Play against the computer or with two to four people on one keyboard, while a large touch button lets you play on a phone. Destroyed ships and victories earn points, your best result is saved on the device, and the interface language is chosen automatically.
The game is based on an open-source project made for a game jam in 2010: the source code is available, while the artwork and sound remain the same. Nothing to install or sign up for — a match starts right in the browser.
